California Mortgage Associates is the leading mortgage broker in the Central Valley. Established in 1987 CMA serves thousands with offices in Modesto, Manteca, Turlock, Los Banos. We provide millions of dollars in loans monthly for all types of residential and commercial loans. Conventional, Jumbo, Equity lines, Cal Pers, Construction to perm, FHA VA, First time home buyers, Home Improvement, Debt Consolidation, Alternative Credit, Interest Only, etc.

Personal
Jim was Married in 1967. He has two grown children and three teenage grandsons. Jim and his wife love to travel the world with a lifetime goal of visiting 100 countries. They have traveled to over 35 countries on six continents. Jim’s Mission in life is to enjoy life’s journey and have a positive impact on as many lives as possible. Jim has forty years experience in sales and management. Integrity, honesty and a commitment to our community are basic value that Jim lives by in business and his personal life.

Community
Jim is heavily involved with several organizations in the community:

• Vision Impaired Persons Support – VIPS President/Founder

Jim has formed his own 501©3 non-profit corporation and donates money through out the year to his charity. His passion was developed from having both his father and son become legally blind. Jim also donates to CMA’s corporate charity; Habitat for Humanity.

Business
Jim has many responsibilities but his 1st love is originating & closing loans. He joined CMA in 1994 and has extensive experience in all types of residential loans with resources to almost any program in the market place. CMA stays on the cutting edge of technology and the latest automated systems available. Over 95% of Jim’s business comes from referrals by past clients, Realtors and repeat clients. This allows Jim to build strong relationships & to be a resource for referrals plus allowing him to give back to the community. Jim has been a student of Brian Buffini, Americas largest Personal Growth / Business training and coaching company since 1998. He has a personal business coach that works with him to continually grow his business and to improve personally in all areas of life.
